With this data protection declaration, we inform you about the type, scope and purpose of the processing of personal data when you use our game Laser Limbo and its Server App or visit our website and about the rights to which you are entitled as a data subject. If you have any questions about data protection, you can contact us at any time using the contact details provided.

We use a cloud service from Wix.com Ltd. 40 Nemal St. 6350671 Tel Aviv Israel ("Wix") to provide our services. Your personal data is stored on our behalf on a Wix server in the European Union. 

For the processing of booking transactions, we use the services of Shopify International Limited, Victoria Buildings, 2nd Floor 1-2 Haddington Road Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland to process bookings. You can find Shopify's privacy policy here: https://www.shopify.com/de/legal/datenschutz

  1. Provision of the game Laser Limbo

  2. Registration of a user account for the professional Server App
    On our website in our store, which can also be accessed via our server app, we offer users the opportunity to register by providing personal data in order to complete the ordering processes. The data is entered into an input mask and transmitted to us and stored. The following data is collected as part of the registration process: Name, company, address, e-mail address, telephone number and VAT ID. The legal basis for the processing of the data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR. The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected.
     

  3. Credit Booking
    We store and use your personal data that you provide to us in the course of a credit booking process, for example when entering your name, address and contact details and forward them to Shopify, exclusively for the processing of your booking in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR and delete them after expiry of the statutory retention periods
     

  4. Provision of the website
    In order to ensure a smooth connection setup and convenient use of our website, we temporarily collect information about the browser and operating system you are using, the type of device used, the date and time of access, the requested website or file and the IP address in anonymised form when you access the website. This information does not allow the site visitor to be identified and is deleted after 3 months at the latest. The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 (1) lit. f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
     

  5. Enquiries by e-mail or via the contact form
    If you contact us by e-mail or via the contact form provided on our website, the personal data transmitted with the e-mail or entered in the form will be stored. The data is stored on a Wix server in the European Union. This data is processed exclusively for the purpose of responding to the enquiry. The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 (1) lit. f) GDPR or Art. 6 (1) lit. b) GDPR if the enquiry is aimed at concluding a contract. The data will be deleted when the purpose of the processing no longer applies, e.g. the enquiry has been conclusively answered.
     

  6. Payment data
    We offer you the payment methods Paypal and credit card via Shopify. We process your payment data in order to process the payments. Depending on the selected payment method, Stripe will forward your payment data to the payment service provider PayPal. The legal basis for the aforementioned data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 b) GDPR.
     

  7. Newsletter
    If you have subscribed to our newsletter, we will store and use your email address, name and telephone number to inform you regularly by email about offers and events. The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6 (1) lit. a) GDPR. You can revoke your consent to the processing of your data for the newsletter dispatch at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the newsletter or by sending an e-mail to amir[at]freeroam.ar. The data will be deleted if you have withdrawn your consent.
     

  8. Analysis | Advertising
    Use of Google (Universal) Analytics for web analytics. We use Google Analytics to analyse website usage. The data obtained from this is used to optimise our website and advertising measures.Google Analytics is a web analytics service operated and provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States). Google processes the website usage data on our behalf and is contractually obliged to take measures to ensure the confidentiality of the processed data.     Your IP address (in abbreviated form, so that no clear assignment is possible) Technical information such as browser, internet provider, end device and screen resolution Source of origin of your visit (i.e. via which website or advertising medium you came to us). This data is transferred to Google servers in the USA. We would like to point out that the same level of data protection cannot be guaranteed in the USA as within the EU. Google Analytics stores cookies in your web browser for a period of two years since your last visit. These cookies contain a randomly generated user ID with which you can be recognised on future visits to the website. The recorded data is stored together with the randomly generated user ID, which makes it possible to analyse pseudonymous user profiles. This user-related data is automatically deleted after 14 months. Other data remains stored in aggregated form indefinitely. If you do not agree to the collection of data, you can prevent this by installing the browser add-on to deactivate Google Analytics or by rejecting cookies via our cookie settings dialogue.   9. Rights of the data subject
    Data subjects affected by the processing of personal data have the following rights:
     

  • Right to information about the personal data processed by us, the processing purposes, categories of recipients, the duration of storage or the criteria for determining the storage period, the origin of the data, your rights as a data subject, the existence of automated decision-making including profiling and the appropriate safeguards when transferring data to a third country and the right to receive a copy of your personal data;

  • Right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;

  • Right to erasure of personal data if the purpose of the processing no longer applies, consent is withdrawn or there is no other legal basis or the data has been processed unlawfully or you have objected to the processing;

  • Right to restriction of processing;

  • Right to data portability if the data processing is based on consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. a) or Art. 9 (2) lit. a) or on a contract pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. b) GDPR;

  • Right to object to the processing if the processing is based on legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. f) GDPR.  

  • If you have consented to the processing of personal data, you can withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

  • You can object to the processing of personal data for advertising purposes or for web analyses at any time without giving reasons.

  • You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you are of the opinion that the processing of your personal data is unlawful.
