With this data protection declaration, we inform you about the type, scope and purpose of the processing of personal data when you use our game Laser Limbo about the rights to which you are entitled as a data subject. If you have any questions about data protection, you can contact us at any time using the contact details provided.

 

1. Which personal data are we collecting?

We process the following data that is technically required to play the game. The data will only be stored on your device:

  • The room data (wall lengths and positions, object sizes and positions in the room, which is manually tracked by the user to create the augmented experience;

  • User name for displaying score, as entered by the user.
     

The legal basis for the processing of the data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR. The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected.

Further personal that Meta may process is through the device and in connection with your required Meta Account. 2. Rights of the data subject

Data subjects affected by the processing of personal data have the following rights:
 

  • Right to information about the personal data processed by us, the processing purposes, categories of recipients, the duration of storage or the criteria for determining the storage period, the origin of the data, your rights as a data subject, the existence of automated decision-making including profiling and the appropriate safeguards when transferring data to a third country and the right to receive a copy of your personal data;

  • Right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;

  • Right to erasure of personal data if the purpose of the processing no longer applies, consent is withdrawn or there is no other legal basis or the data has been processed unlawfully or you have objected to the processing;

  • Right to restriction of processing;

  • Right to data portability if the data processing is based on consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. a) or Art. 9 (2) lit. a) or on a contract pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. b) GDPR;

  • Right to object to the processing if the processing is based on legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. f) GDPR.  

  • If you have consented to the processing of personal data, you can withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

  • You can object to the processing of personal data for advertising purposes or for web analyses at any time without giving reasons.

  • You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you are of the opinion that the processing of your personal data is unlawful.
